The 9:00am Mass
occurring on the 5th Sunday of the month has been designated the
‘Knights of Columbus Mass’.
Following a tradition shared by many councils
around the world, the Knights of Columbus Council 10136 join together at their
parish to demonstrate solidarity of their faith and family to the Church. At Queen of All Saints, an effort is made to coordinate the
service functions of hospitality and extraordinary ministers, lectors, and
cantor by members of the Knights of Columbus or their families. The Knights of the 4th Degree also
provide an honor guard. Typically, the
Knights and their families join together for brunch following that mass.
All Knights of
Columbus are reminded of the dates of the 5th Sunday Mass in
2006. A reminder is also offered to the
coordinators of Hospitality and Extraordinary Ministers, Lectors, and Cantor to
anticipate and help us to schedule members of the Knights of Columbus to serve
at the 9:00am Mass on the following dates:
January 29, 2006
April 30, 2006
July 30, 2006
October 29, 2006
December 31, 2006
